Privacy Policy
apambo (apambo.com) is operated by ElevenApril. This page explains what we collect and why. Contact: hello@apambo.com.
What we collect
- Account: your email address, used to sign you in and to contact you about your account.
- What you generate: the details you type into a tool (prompts) and the text it produces (outputs).
- Payments: handled by Stripe. We receive the status of your purchases and subscription, not your card number.
- Usage: credit balances, job history and basic technical logs needed to run the service and prevent abuse.
Who processes it
We use these services to run apambo:
- Supabase: database and sign-in.
- Cloudflare: hosting and delivery of the site.
- OpenRouter and the AI model provider it routes to: your prompt is sent to them to generate the output.
- Stripe: payments.
- Resend: sending sign-in and account emails.
We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
Text outputs are kept until you delete them or until your account is deleted. You can delete outputs yourself in your workspace. To delete your account and its data, email hello@apambo.com and we will process the request. Some records, such as payment records, may be kept where we are required to keep them.
Cookies and analytics
We use only a cookie that keeps you signed in. We measure traffic with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete it, by emailing hello@apambo.com.
Changes
If we change this policy, the date at the top will change.
