“Bundle up and watch the sunrise from my balcony once a week.”

“Round up every purchase to the nearest dollar and move the difference into my savings account.”

“Replace 30 minutes of evening scrolling with reading a novel in bed.”

“Volunteer for a project outside my current role to learn something new.”

“Use Sundays to prep pre-made salads or grain bowls for easy weekday lunches.”

“Write down one thing I鈥檓 grateful for every night before bed.”
If a resolution only works when everything goes right, it will not survive February. Pick a version you could still do on your worst day.
"Read 10 pages before bed" is easier to keep than "read more", because it already has a place in your day.
That is what the last blank is for. Kids, a commute, a tight budget: a resolution that fits around them beats one that pretends they are not there.
Two resolutions you keep are worth more than five you drop. You can always add one in March.
Pick one area that matters to you this year, then think about what usually gets in the way. Put both into the sentence above and you get three sets of resolutions that fit around it.
Fewer than you think. Two or three focused ones are easier to keep than a long list. Choose 2, 3 or 5 in the first blank.
Ones that take minutes and attach to something you already do: after coffee, on the commute, before bed. Put your schedule in the "what you're working around" blank and the ideas will fit it.
They are usually too big or too vague, with no set time or amount. Small, specific goals that fit your real week have a much better chance.
Yes. Write the area as something shared, such as "our family evenings" or "money as a couple", and describe the situation in the last blank.
